Hmmm, about myself. Well, let's see if I can pull off something respectable here. My name is Dominic, I'm a Christian and I'm a drummer. That's the short version; allow me to elaborate a bit more. First and foremost, I'm a Christian. I believe that God gave his only son, Jesus Christ, as an atonement for our sins. Am I telling you to believe? Not directly although I'd highly recommend it. Am I saying all Christians are right? Sweet Lord, NO! There's a lot of things that our collective, eclectic group does wrong but please believe me when I say that Christianity, done right, is all about love, love, LOVE! Theoretically, Christians should be the most caring and understanding people there are. Unfortunately, that is where our state of being human comes in and sometimes messes everything up. In any event, to wrap it all up, God loves you and wants a relationship with you. If you are AT ALL curious about this, please email me and I'd love to chat with you about it. Heck, if you think everything I just said was a load of hooey, email THEN too! I'd love to chat with you about anything I'm wrong about or anything you might think I'm wrong about. After, Dom is FAR from infallible on most things. I'll be the first to tell ya that. :) I was born on December 5th, 1980 to two parents who love my very much. I'm the oldest of 4 from my birth parents. I have the most wonderful siblings, step siblings and one half-brother who I love more than anything in the world. I'm currently single and kinda loving it, actually. I'm not going to be one of those people who says,"YAY, NO COMMITMENTS, I LIKE BEING SINGLE, I'M LYING, I WISH I HAD A GIRLFRIEND, I'M LAME!" I actually, genuinely don't mind it due to commitments that I have going right now although I could probably make time if the right girl came along. ;) My occupation is gas piping and drum teaching. It's not glamorous but hey, it's pays the bills. I'd love to teach drums full-time someday if the Lord allows it. Should I do a "likes, dislikes" portion of this page? Heck, why not!
Likes: drums, basically any kind of music, church, friends, the color blue, intelligent girls, pears, skim milk, pizza, mexican food, burgers, the internet, gallons of water, weightlifting, diet pop, NAPS, Fusion, The Reach, FRIDAYS, composing new music, teaching drums, being bald, soft contact lenses, Frosted Flakes, big breakfasts involving eggs, biscuits, gravy, etc., X-Box, my beautiful pickup truck, the clearance rack in basically any store, keeping my nails trimmed, waxing my eyebrows, playing guitar, the Mariners, the Huskies, the Seahawks, the Sonics, fans, the Goodwill, Value Village, intertubing, learning about building, chewing gum, bananas, football, baseball, basketball, getting a good massage, having people walk on my back, earplugs, dodgeball and OWNING!
Dislikes: fakes, zucchini, jogging, Abercrombie and Fitch, any shirt over 10 bucks, Macintosh's, Satanism *duh!*, losing my keys, getting JACKED in the face with a dodgeball, Captain Crunch, any shoes over 20 bucks, any pants over 20 bucks, drummers who show off too much, Doritos, people who are mad all the time, people who manipulate, girls who are MOODY, girls who are ditzes, girls who ALWAYS need a boyfriend, guys who ALWAYS need a girlfriend, show-offs, arrogant people, anyone who interrupts my nap, people who refuse to open up to you, ugly tattoos, ugly piercings, anyone who hates on classic rock, any song that was made big during 9/11, shaving, when people move on in life and disappear, people who guilt-trip you, HIGH-maintenance people, social trainwrecks, people who are too artsy and abstract and, lastly, being OWNED!
